Q. Payment – How do I pay?
A. You will be able to pay 

1. By paying the Member who took your order on delivery of the products.
2. By Pay Pal
3. - Cash on delivery through one of our distributors (members)
Pay for your order at the same time as it is delivered. (through a distributor or member)
For purchases over ₤50 delivery if free
4. - Transfer or cash deposit. Email us at for details.

Make your transfer or cash deposit to the total amount of the order, to our account number, together with the items that must appear on the deposit.

If 10 days after making the order, there is no record of the deposit in our account, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Q. How much are the delivery costs?
A. For those deliveries sent to the United Kingdom, delivery costs will amount from £3.50 to ₤7 for the total of the order.
For deliveries to the rest of Europe Union, delivery costs amount to ₤7 for the total order.
For orders over ₤50 the delivery costs are free.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Cosmo-Circles has several major distributors. Therefore, if your order is available at our central warehouse, you will receive it in 24 hours. Failing this, we undertake to deliver it to you within a period of 14 working days maximum. Furthermore, to provide you with a better service, we will always send you an email and a sms to your mobile phone, confirming the exact delivery date.
IMPORTANT: Orders will not be sent to PO boxes. You will receive your order from the delivery service company . Be sure to open the parcel in front of the courier to verify that the order has arrived in perfect conditions.

Q. Do you Gift Wrap Presents?

The articles will always be wrapped separately. However, if you want us to make up a parcel with several of the articles in your purchase, just specify this for us by email but you must bear in mind that the amount for the total number of articles you want gift wrapped will be added to the final price.

Q. How can I return an article?

A. The Member has seven working days to exercise their right to withdrawal following receipt of the goods if bought directly from us.

To do this you must send us an email  requesting the return of the product and we will undertake to pick up the order from you. (or contact the member who sold you the product)

It is essential that the products are in the same conditions as they were on delivery. Once we (or the member) receive the product or at our warehouses we(or the member) will proceed to reimburse you with the amount corresponding to the article you wish to return.

If your order, or part of it, arrives in bad conditions, you must send us (or the member) an email so the claim can be processed.

In this case you must keep all the material related to the order, including the box and we will shortly replace the damaged goods for others in perfect conditions.
